Hi - I've been a huge fan of the Ron&Bones miniatures and along with several friends we collected all the miniatures since their release date. The game sounds fun however we have a real problem understanding the rules - not that they seems terribly complex, the english seems 'wrong' often and we have to make educated guesses on its meaning. We're not native english speakers, hence I wonder if it's only us or do english native speakers share the same problems?
It's a bit of a shame since in our local gaming group we have 6 players who got most Ron&Bones releases + the starter box each and quite a few other players who'd be intrested, but noone had the staying power so far to read the rules as we'd have to reread every sentence several times to get the meaning of it (with rules you have to be precise).

I think the problem is like most translations the meaning is easily lost or mis-interpreted. Im completely with Jens here, i have been a huge fan of the whole Ron & Bones from day one and have most of the models but it has taken me a while to understand most of the rules.  
 
In light of the new post in the blog, it's great news will the book be available in hard copy? Since im a bit old-school i like reading things on paper than on the computer Plus the hardcopy I had with the starter boxed set is really nice anyway, has a nice feel to it.
 
Also im sure there are plenty of us around who may be willing to help proof read bits if you ever need that assistance.
 
Oh and i found a trick to understanding the rules is sometimes skip some of the words and skimming through it

yes its much better than the previous ... although I would attach the new one to the main page and get rid of the new one that is attached to the info box ... it made me shiver ,,,
